Ingredients:
2 c plain or vanilla Greek yogurt 2 c fresh or frozen blueberries 2 c fresh or frozen mixed berries ¼ head of red cabbage 1 whole banana, peeled ¼ c honey 1 c cranberry or grape juice Directions: Throw all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
