Ingredients:
4 cups cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and chopped 1/2 cup sugar (or 1/3 cup agave nectar; use more or less depending on ripeness of the cantaloupe) 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint leaves Ice Directions: Place the cantaloupe, sugar, mint and 2 cups water into a blender.
