¼ c peanut butter 2 whole wheat pita pocket halves ⅛ tsp ground allspice ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg ½ medium apple, thinly sliced ½ medium, firm banana, sliced Directions: 1) In a small bowl, blend the peanut butter, allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg. 2) Spread the peanut butter mixture inside pita bread halves 3) Fill with apple and banana slices.
