Ingredients:
1 lb cubed honeydew, frozen (5–6 cups) 1 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup honey (add more if you prefer sweeter) Directions: Place frozen honeydew, water and honey in a food processor or high speed blender. Blend until smooth, using a spoon to push around the honeydew until completely broken down. Once smooth, eat it up OR place it in a bread pan and into the freezer to serve up in the future.* Before serving from the freezer, let rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes before using an ice cream scoop to scoop it out!
